We need to give some love to the bear

Ok, this is just me giving some ideas on how we can make volibear a better champ.

Right now he is just easily kited, its to hard for him to engage on a team with out his flash and has a really bad jungle clear I am aware that you still can be good on him he just needs some tweaks and buffs here are some ideas.

  1. Add a slow resist on his Q. This way it will be harder to kite voli and he doesn't have to flash just to catch someone.
  2. If the one above is to op give him some more move speed on it 3)Add some more damage on his E, If you want to make him a better jungler, this might not be necessary due to the tank jungler buff coming up. 4)On his bite add a health restore if he kills an enemy champ or unit like 8% of a targets health for example. 5)This one is kinda a Nerf but if you use the ones before this he'll be ok i think the CD on his ult is a bit to short but if he doesn't not need this nerfed if your not going to make anything else better

I'd suggest reading surrender@20 and following the 5.5 patch cycle page.

Volibear already has buffs planned.

  1. I really like this I agree with this. Like give his some Tenacity when he's on all 4's and 2) make his MS back up to 45 on all levels.

3)I rather make his E longer, but I was thinking of making it have a cone effect when he's on all 4's Q. Wile still having the area effect. like make it 500 cone in front. when he is on all 4's

  1. Sorry But I I rather not do this one, but I like to have his bite CD cute in half for minions

  2. Well late in the game I don't think it's that strong but at first it has a higher cool down and then later it goes down to what it is now I be cool with it.

Also add in some AP% to his Q but lower his damage a little.
