A Band-Aid Fix for Urgot Before the Revamp
Since Sion of all champions finally got his kit touched I would like to take the time to talk about another forgotten champion named Urgot. I'm writing this because my gut feeling is and the years have shown Urgot is always "being looked at" but never taken seriously. As I see it there are two very easy ways to band-aid Urgot before this revamp happens. Give his Acid hunter on hit effects or Convert Urgot to full magic damage and AP. The main reasons for these changes are because Urgot has terrible itemization troubles and Urgot can not deal with health.
AD caster itemization has always been pretty lack luster. Urgot's item needs compound this even further because not only has his itemization been nerfed or deleted throughout the years, but the same can be said for his sustain. Urgot has been caught between not only items effecting ADC and AD caster, but also hybrids and spell vamp heroes. It has adversely effected his damage and sustain capabilities. Health as a whole is a problem because healing reduction items do not synergize with Urgot and health shredding items do not work with Urgot. He can't use Blade of the Ruined king effectively and Liandries is a waste in stats that he can't provide magic pen for. What this leads to is poorer performance as the enemy health pool grows. What people who play Urgot may notice is that around that 1k, 2k, 3k+ health mark depending on what point in the game you are Urgot just isn't delivering the kick he needs. This is because he can't deal with high health vs his damage output. He can shred all the armor he wants but it means nothing if he can't get past the actual hp wall. His damage is his Acid hunter and that's firing off only once every 1.2 secs with max CDR.
What either change fixes is detailed below:

On Hit Acid hunter A. Open up item diversity B. Allows more sources of damage to deal with health properly C. Provides more utility options through items

Converting Urgot to full AP and magic damage: A. Urgot can finally itemize properly B. Urgot can deal with health C. More survivability
Either of these steer away from the messy subject of AD caster and spell vamp itemization. They address a glaring weakness Urgot suffers from. Lastly it should give Urgot enough of a leg to stand on while other revamps are taking precedent over his.
