Serious pre-game issue needs addressed

People are able to type before everyone is loaded into the room.

This may seem like a small thing but I've seen it absolutely wreck team comps and make people really toxic.

Example: Summoner 3 calls "Support!" Summoner 2 enters chat Summoner 2 does not see the "support" call so when it's their turn they lock a support. Summoner 3 "I called support! Wtf!"

I know it seems small but it can absolutely destroy things. Please make it so people can't type till their whole game is loaded into pre-game champ select. Or at least make it so that things posted prior to their arrival can be seen. Thanks Rito!

I play draft a lot cause I usually load in late and have 0 chance of getting my main role mid

Me too, in fact I hate blind pick for many many reasons.

However, I've seen this cause issues in draft games too.

I think a big problem to is if people get forced into a roll in normals they will just troll because their are no consequences like in ranked.

Yes it needs to be addressed in an individual. Team combs as you say and picks get 'destroyed' because of the people who play and what they pick not because someone typed a position first. Personally the idea that 5 human beings have to make a simple pick an issue is retarded to me. Just pick what is needed dude.

In the end you also have to remember that not everyone who plays LoL is a try-hard or cares about the team comb and so on. If a player just wants to play x champion all the time that's what they will do. If anything the only way to 'fix' this problem would be more champion exposure to players so players don't say shit like 'I can only play these 3 champions.' gg lel

You can still treat the communication side of it. It's a pretty easy fix I'd imagine to make sure that everyone can read all the communication.

Obviously it's generally a problem of individuals not wanting to listen, but even then it can cause problems with 5 people who WANT to work together and communicate if one has already attempted to contribute to communication and others are unable because of this problem to know that they communicated.
