I'm not high elo. I'm only a silver However if matchmaking is supposed to be based/balanced on MMR why do my games keep getting matched with serious, hardcore trolls?

If I need to make it a serious documented case, I'll keep taking photos of these players' match histories. The last supp in my game had more than 20 straight losses all trolling bot lane. This is becoming way too common for the usual comfort of "trolling happens". Silver feels like Bronze 5 in normals. No matter how you hack it, I don't have 20 straight losses in my match history and logically that person shouldn't be even close to my MMR let alone my division.

I really wanna know how the match making works too. Cause I'm new to ranked matches and my first match was with a full team of gold. That wasn't fair to me or them.
