The ability to restore mana to allies should be added back to her E It was one of the cooler parts of old Raka that wasn't infuriating

Eh.

I'm not a huge fan of being a walking potion for my allies. I already get those teammates who stop dodging poke skillshots, but fortunately the number is shrinking.

I'm all for a MP5 aura on an item or something, but I'm not interested in Soraka getting infuse back. I like her current E much more.

I'm not saying we should revert her E rework I'm suggesting something along the lines of just making it so that allies who stand on the current Equinox get some mana back

Hm.

I would suggest it as a passive, but Soraka's W is already overloaded (not in the sense that it's broken, but it's complicated compared to other passives).

That kind of buff would either be minimal (invisible power), require nerfing her E's offensive utility, or would be absolutely broken if it had too much mana regen in it.

Yeah I figured in her current kit we could do a power shift from W to E by nerfing the heal a bit and adding this as compensation so her power level wouldn't break

Only if the %max hp cost was reduced a bit.

The mana regen would be minimal late-game, but could prove useful early. If we nerfed her early healing and kept late the same (maybe lowering the health cost in early ranks, then increasing it back to normal relative to the healing), maybe it could be a thing.

It's interesting, I'll give you that. And if there was a visual (maybe your allies glowing with power inside Equinox), it would feel less invisible. After all, an Equinox is a balance. Enemies are silenced but can move, and then are rooted but can cast. It'd be nice of something happened to allies (maybe mana regen for the first half, and then a minor speed boost in the second?).

It was a cool effect yeah, but every time I'd play her all I would hear from people was 'Mana.... mana.... mana" well you know what? "GO GET YOUR OWN F-ING MANA!" Yes, she had the power to give it to you but honestly if you needed it refilled every second then you do not have the slightest idea of what you are doing since you know she has a limit on her too.
