Why fizz needs nerfed

Fizz is legit almost exactly like zoe. They both have this retarded one shot potential without using almost nothing The difference between these champions is fizz is more mobile and can instantly dive his laner if he has one kill. The thing is with zoe, Is the fact that she has to be fed to instantly one shot at level 6. She will get you to legit almost no health but she cant one shot you. At least zoe has skillshots fizz has one skill shot and that is a huge AOE circle. Now before all of the fizz mains start crying saying "Well they removed the tracking" The fact that the ability had tracking before is stupid, What is there intentions of making a skillshot if the ability isnt even going to be a skillshot. That is the difference between fizz and zoe. Oops I almost left out one more thing the fact that they are nerfing zoe and not also fizz is just stupid.
