Elite4Runner2 votesWhat if instead his passive gave him stacks of 'Evil Power' (Or some other seemingly fitting name) when he pokes instead of actual AP. Then, his passive gives him 1% bonus AP per 25 stacks of 'Evil Power', ... or whatever makes this somewhat balanced.
This means that full AP Veigar will still be stupid broken, but otherwise he will still need to build at least some AP
Mirkhail1 votesDon't get poked then, his only poke it's an ability that is stopped by minions, also a tank veigar isn't very usefull (there are better tank/better damage dealers).
