Are you guys planning to rework him or something? Because he legitimately has the worst ultimate in the game right now. It's not even a contest. You should try using it some time. It moves so slowly...it might as well not have any movement speed at all. I honestly would appreciate a refund on the IP I spent on him. Normally I don't complain that a champion needs buffs like other players...but in Viktor's case...I can't help it. It doesn't even have a decent cast range.

Handy Sandy 1 votesI'd guess it goes well with his W since it traps people in it, but mostly it's for mages that are in it's range so he can just put it on them and they aren't able to fight back while he does some E + Q + AA

And more. The speed increases if viktor is closer to the target.
