There's nothing "Rewarding" about current Rewards
The Rewards system wasn't very good last season. However its declined since the blue essence change instead of improving.
I have 1 skin shard from last season. I've received no skins boxes for Honor. The blue essence event filled up my champ pool, and yet since blue essence rewards I have received nothing but key fragments and champ boxes. Sometimes I've received 2 of the same champ box back to back. I can't earn anymore skin boxes because you can only get 1 per champ per season.
That means even if I want the 1 skin shard I have, I have to pay for it. Why? Because getting anymore ORANGE essence feels nigh impossible. Forcing me to buy this secondary currency to get my "RARE" skin shard is redundant. If I wanted to go the route of BUYING the skin I'd do just that, no psuedo Orange currency crap needed. Oh what, you gave me a TINY price discount for the shard? [zombie-brand-clap]
So, I have over 20 keys and a bunch of useless champ boxes. This pre season was a step backward in capsules and rewards, and I'm salty about it. Your advertisement for your rewards system was highly misleading and it kind of insults me as a consumer.
