Kindred really needs some early game power added back into her kit.

For a champ whose identity revolves around creating and contesting her own mini-objectives, Kindred's early game is pathetically weak. Her kit says she's an objective-oriented jungler, but she's bullied around by pretty much every other pick out there. I don't think the balance team really compensated her properly for the removal of her old passive. It would be really nice if they'd at least buff her early game base damages, or change her passive to some hybrid between added range and %HP or something while they figure out what to do with her.

Heck, even though some of his damage is conditional, Graves is allowed to put out some absurd numbers while having a similar play pattern pre-6 (Short range Dashing/Jumping around fights and auto attacking). Difference being that Graves can actually contest objectives and is Guaranteed to win a 1v1 with her. It makes me sad because I get as much vitriol for playing Kindred jungle as I would with AD Lulu, and I feel about as strong.

Honestly, I miss her old passive. I liked when every single mark gave you a little buff instead of needing 5 for something to happen.

It's been like that ever since they removed the heal from their W. I still think they should have made it just proc on champions, as that would have made it so that they would have to kite out jungle camps, but that they would have the dueling power they need to contest marks.

One massive buff that would help Kindred out a lot is simply making the marks not appear on the map unless you have direct vision on the camp. A large part of the jungle early game is tracking the enemy jungler's movement and when you know exactly where they will be going at some point, you kind of get fucked over. Massive reason Kindred has it so rough. She doesn't even have that bad of an early game. It's just that everyone knows where she wants to be and they can fight her on a better foot.

Just remove her ult and give her early game power. That ult is bogus.

I too miss getting 60-0'd on level 2 ganks under tower.

Kindred meta never again. Kindred last season was almost as bad as Ezreal is now in terms of early game obnoxiousness, except Kindred also scales super hard.

I just really think that her camps shouldn't be marked for the enemy to see. Make wards and proper vision the counter to her, not 'lol look I can see exactly where shes going to be on my minimap'. Seriously blows my mind how anyone at Riot thought this was a good idea.

No, she needs a rework.

I loved kindred when she was more like an assassin really, with huge mobility and high risk - high reward playstyle, it was incredibly fun to play (yeah I know she was overtuned and needed some balance, anyway, one of the biggest problems was her's r, which tbh was clunky and not fun at all, still is, and added a lot of power in a very wrong way), so it made me kind of sad how they eventually stomped out her's early game mobility and then tried to make her more adc than anything else. Come think of it in the first place kindred's assassin playstyle was probably caused by her being overtuned, but I still think taking assassin route instead of adc would at least make her fun to play
