Does anyone even use Minion Dematerializers?
I can understand what they were trying to do with this rune (slightly better wave control in lane and stronger pushing power), but its really outclassed by both of the other options in that part of the tree. Let's see....5% bonus damage to minions, 350 free gold and 10 otherwise unobtainable movement speed , or the ability to finish items when you're just short of gold. Tough choice.
They really should give it something. Either buff the bonus damage to add a full 4-5% per use, reduce the penalization for additional stacks, or maybe let junglers use them on jungle camps for 50-100 up front damage and a permanent damage increase on the whole camp. Heck, even swapping places in the rune tree with biscuits or something might make it a more appealing option.
