Why is Vayne's kit literally filled with steroids?

I am having a really hard time calling Vayne weak at any point in the game. She scales into a monster late game, and even a fed Vayne early can out duel anyone with just . I am sick of playing against Vayne already.

Passive.

30 Flat movement speed when walking towards champions. This is a slight steroid because you will almost always be able to catch someone that is running away. Her range might be 550 but tons of ADC's have the exact same. Her passive and tumble alone make her "short range" not even a thing if you know how to play Vayne.

Q.

Auto attack steroid that also lets you dash where ever you want. This is obviously one of Vayne's bread and butter skills but its very frustrating how much damage a tumble auto can do. Eventually she will be able to keep attacking you with tumble autos while repositioning every 2 seconds.

W.

One of the biggest steroids in her kit is her silver bolts. Not only does the flat damage paired with % hp damage destroy squishies, it makes itemizing almost impossible, and even if you do get a decent build to deal with just Vayne and the physical threats you probably have to deal with an AP mid laner. This skill is just overloaded either remove the flat true damage or nerf the rest of her steroids.

E.

This skill is one of the most infuriating skills out there. A point a click cc knock back that will send you a screen away from Vayne if she doesn't like what she is seeing. Not only can she get out of trouble for free like this but it also will stun you for 1.5 seconds if pinned to a wall. Enough time for Vayne to get 3 to 6 autos off depending on her AS.

R.

This skill is downright toxic. Attack damage steroid that will make your autos and tumble autos hit like a truck. Tied with the ability to go invisible for 1 second while tumbling and repositioning yourself. AND Tripling your passive for 90 movement speed. I don't even know what to say this ability is just like Riven's ult, stupid and overkill.

Vayne is not weak at all. Her kit is toxic and filled with steroids she has a very good win rate in all elos especially in plat + where all the Vayne mains live. I think it is time to gut Vayne.
