Xin Zhao represents the Spear in League of Legends, Buffs Listed

(W) Wind becomes Lightning is now based on a charges system. At Level 2: You are allowed up to 2 charges which you can use back to back if you wish. At Level 5: The attack causes an additional 10% bleed damage on those struck over 4 seconds.

**(E) Audacious Charge **is now a **free-aiming skill **that can take Xin Zhao over walls if desired. If you strike a target who has been hit by Wind becomes Lightning within the last 4 seconds, Audacious Charge does true damage to the target instead.

**(R) Crescent Guard **now has a new passive that grants Xin Zhao an additional 2/4/6% movement speed. Upon casting Crescent Guard this value triples for 5 seconds.

At Level 3 of Crescent Guard, casting Crescent Guard releases Xin Zhao's power limiter. For 15 seconds Xin Zhao has 65% cool down reduction on his other 3 abilities.

Change Results in: Xin Zhao can now properly act like a spearman, using the range of his spear. Xin Zhao has more** versatility and aiming** required. Xin Zhao now has greater movement and aggressiveness after Crescent Guard.
