As it currently stands, Yasuo can just use his Q to last hit, allowing him to charge his tornado without pushing the wave, which is a really big deal, especially against ranged champions. Not being able to do this significantly lowers his trade potential in lane.

Rand0mH3r0X1 votesIt does for me. The threat of being hit by long range damage that is only stopped by the StopAllWindAll is very real. Laning against Yasuo means looking out for not getting hit by his Q every time he wants to sit on it.
