So here is the DEAL

Every time you complain about getting two shot, but then you ask for tank nerfs, you are part of the problem.

They have literally gutted all tank items so that adc's and other classes couldn't get tanky, and then to make tanks viable they over loaded their kit.

You can't have a game where tanks die in 2-3 seconds and also have a game where you don't get two shot as a squishy.

Pick your battles, ask for better itemization and mastery trees.

The way the game should work is everyone should have close to no per level damage scaling on their abilities, then they should have a high power ratio. If you want damage, build it. If you want tank build it. No one gets a free pass that way. It also stops super early cheeses with high base damage abilities, because there wouldn't be any.

Super early cheeses. I immediately thought of Draven. I like your idea, though. Everyone would basically be forced to farm to get what they need whether it be tank or dps. I wonder what this would do to a jungler in terms of being able to clear it?

That is where runes come into play. You could actually choose what stats you wanted to start with rather than, here are some extra stats.

There is also two different types of scaling, base scaling and bonus scaling. Everyone could have a base ad and base as that doesn't tie into any of their ability scaling.

It could also allow riot to have tank scaling ratios for tanks. That way tank classes would have more flexibility.

It might be a bad idea to do some of this, but you only get to good ideas through a list of bad ones.
