QoL change for kayle

When you reach 37.5% or higher cdr as kayle you're able to perma-E but actually is annoying to press E everytime especially in fights when you can lose .5 seconds just for touch E button (it happens),also is very boring. My QoL change for kayle is that when you reach 37.5% or higher your E will transform into a toggle ability that will drain 45 mana and play the animation every 10 seconds (the animation could be a little longer for not make this a straight buff).

Tl:dr:As soon as you have 37.5% your E will be a toggle that will basically activate E for you every 10 seconds draining 45 mana and playing the animation.
