STOP going IE+BT on ADCs unless you're Draven

I don't know who invented this but this is the reason i lost countless games: no atk spd; low crit % and no damage to armored people just for some lifesteal that won't even work because of low atk spd and an useless shield, this combination is good and only on Draven and maybe Graves so just stop trying this and go for the classic IE+PD/SS. Can't believe this combination is so popular, looks like some people like to do no damage with barely 0.80 atk spd -.- Salty

I really couldn't see a strong need to get BT unless you found yourself in a strong need for LS. But even then, you would probably be better of with a BotRK.

And really you Shouldn't be in a position where you would need life Steal, that early in the game. Unless your in the thick of combat, which shouldn't happen for an ADC. (unless your aggressively short range.)
