As a yorick player, the new keystone masteries have made the laning-phase a lot more snowbally for me. Thunderlord's Decree adds a nice chunk of damage to his one-two-punch poke and works well with his skill-spam kit. I have a much easier time bullying Champs out of lane early on because of it.

He will be on free week once the rework is released, they always do that with reworks of the champs that are never on there.

Just like every one of Riot's reworks this champion will be very powerful and/or VERY annoying. But hopefully he'll get a nice one :D

Because his kit is old and his model is old. Same thing why they're reworking Poppy and reworked Sion, Yi (3 times) and visually reworked Kathus, Sion, TF, Yi. etc.

If Yorick ulted Sion at the same time Zilean did, and then the Sion (with item 3026 of course) died, what would happen?

Zillean's Ult would take priority followed by GA. Yorick's ult would not come into effect, unless Sion died again within the duration of the ult shortly after being revived by Zillean and the GA. If that happens, then after the Yorick ult, Sion would finally activate his passive, which takes the least priority among all resurrections.
