The buff to Lux's R is disgusting... 30 sec cds for an ability as op as that wasnt short enough?

TBH it's not going to change a lot. It doesn't really do anything to her weaknesses and it doesn't really affect her strengths much. She can't burst faster, she can't peel better, she can't resist getting assassinated better, she's still as immobile as ever she just can theoretically burst you more often.

That really doesn't change a lot though because getting hit by her Q/E combo almost always spells death or leaves you at low enough health that you will die anyway/be forced to back.
