Why Does Teemo Blind Not Work On Volibear Q? It's just an enhanced auto attack

Volibear's Q empowers his next auto and gives it the fliperino ability, so why does a blind not affect it. Without that, Voli seems like an extremely unfair counterpick as teemo has 0 counter play. Voli can run faster and ignore mushrooms. Teemo's only counterplay would revolve around that blind. Not here to complain or bitch, but I do feel it's a faulty mechanic that should be fixed. Any ideas why it's not? Maybe a bug?

Blind should disable all on hit effects. Renekton for example can't stun while blinded so this is definitely a bug.

Same reason you can flip a minion if you dont run around it, it isn't an auto attack. and fuck teemo.

This without a doubt a bug, one that i see often, also with other attacks such as hecarim's "Devastating Charge"

Should be fixed ASAP so Teemo players don't suffer so much.
