Are we not allowed to advertise free help?

I would like to make it clear that I am not flaming riot or the mods, I am genuinely curious about the reasoning behind taking down a post of mine. I made a post saying that I was offering free seminar to help with mindset, dealing with tilt, helping people learn, etc. It's my way of giving back to the community. It was taken down saying "Advertising for Product Sales, Trading, Rewards Programs, or Gifting [is not allowed]..." I was wondering why this breaks the rules. Was it because I posted a link to my twitch as that is where it will be held? I can't imagine why something like this would be taken down as there is certainly no malicious intent. Anybody know about this? Is it links to streams or something that are against their rules?
