"I'm only low elo because of my mechanics!"

No, your elo isn't defined by your mechanics alone. It's defined by 5 things.

Mechanics Decision making Map awareness Game knowledge People skills (what i mean by this is that you don't spend the entire game telling your team to get cancer)

If you're in bronze/silver you're bad these simple as that. If you actually had the game knowledge of a challenger player but all of your other things were bronze level you would still easily get gold.

Well, you seem to be doing a bang-up job.

There's actually a cap on game knowledge. You can get better at applying it, but that's decision making. You'd be silver at best.

Making blanket statements about the vast majority of players in this game, without seeing a single game of theirs, is very unintelligent.

It's a little hard to climb dude with all the afk and feeders in Bronze even Silver. There's no stopping and it's usually gg by even before the 20 mark. It's just not as easy as your making it sound. I was silver V last season and this season I was bumped down to b5...I'm b3 now and the jump to try and even get close to b2 is hell itself.

Well i got a new computer on July 11 96-107 pre new comp 51-28 post new comp I think your computer would mostly effect your mechanical play.

Ehhh depending on your role, you can have Plat decision making and game knowledge and still not climb. ADC for example. If your CS is 30 at 10, you could be a great shotcaller but you're still not going to do better than that 90 CS at 10 ADC.

Idk in my honest opinion, I think a good majority of bronzes and silvers that want to rank up know they can do better but are locked down to their team, solo Q happens man

Mechanics are pretty damn important
