The Live Balance Team act like Inexperienced Modders not Professional Game Developers
Buffing Xin Zhao was the last straw for me. I have been playing since Season 1. I have seen Riot make lots of bad choices with good intentions. The champion design and champion rework teams are still trying their hardest to create interesting and dynamic champions that bring something new to the game. Even the Morde rework was at least an attempt to make something new and interesting even though it failed spectacularly.
Meanwhile Live Balance is making the kind of stupid mistakes I would expect from a 14 year old making his first Starcraft II Mod. Playing Favorites. Ignoring Champions they dislike. Promoting aggressive strategies and damage orientated fights over all else. Keeping Towers Useless. Refusing to engage with the community because "people are mean". Releasing Duskblade.
This is Baby stuff. You are better than this. You know Xin is an archaic design who should never be strong because of his binary nature. You know Sion is a well designed champion who should be front and center representing tanks. You know that Sejuani will never be able to compete in the current speed clear Meta. You know Akali has NEVER been a fair well balanced champion. You know AD assassins need a complete class rework to ever be fair and balanced.
Come out and engage with the community, yes you will be screamed at for a while, but you have never deserved it more.
(Edit:) I forgot about Rengar! When even a fellow Rioter refers to his state as "An embarrassment" Live Balance is actually trying to bring him down gently as though his design could ever be properly balanced without a rework.
