I play with my friend whos level 25 and im 30. Everytime we play i pubstomp the lanes and im afraid that this will lower my skill when i play with my even friends

Yes it will. I hover around platinum level and when i smurf on my silver account i destroy then i go back to my account and get raped because I do things i normally wouldnt do.

It takes me a couple games to adjust between the two(I have one acct that plays silver gold in norms and one that plays gold to diamond in norms). I don't think you would get worse in the long run but you also won't be improving add much.

this might be different for everyone, but I personally don't believe that it would decrease your skill level at all... in fact I think that any good league player worth their salt can observe and learn their laning opponent's play style and adapt accordingly.... whether the people they are playing against are really good or really bad.... because in at least all the competitive gaming scenario's (fighting games, MOBA's, FPS etc....) what makes a player really good is when he is familiar with the game at such a level... that he no longer has to think about what he's gonna do next... he just does it.... and now only focuses on what the opponent is gonna do next...
