Why isn't there an easy way to skip to 30 when you Smurf?

So I know there is an excess of smurfs in lower levels, as one who is trying to level my smurf I tell all the enmy team I'm smurfing and if they do poorly it isn't their fault. I can't imagine how frustrating this is though for new players to get stomped while they are learning. So why isn't there a "Skip to 30" option so that people trying to get their smurfs up to 30 don't frustrate other players. You could make it so they have to give their main's Username and Password in order to choose the option. I don't know if this is a good idea or not but it makes sense to me.

People shouldn't smurf.

Good idea. This would significantly reduce lower level's problems of getting to 30 because everyone else is plat while they've just started. However it would be a problem for people with friends who invited them on, because they could just give them their e-mail and password to get to 30. But heck, even if they did they'd just have a super low elo and MMR so that's their problem and wouldn't affect anyone else.

There are many valid reasons to smurf, including wanting to practice playing ranked games on a role or champion you're pretty bad at compared to your main roles/champs and wanting to see how far you can get as a one trick pony on specific champs without effecting your main account. Having a smurf that doesn't do ranked and just plays normals or dominion or aram can be a vacation for higher elo players who don't want to deal with 'lol ur diamond and lost to golds u got boosted' when they're trying to relax and play silly stuff. Sometimes you don't want to play with the people on your friends list at the moment but you also don't want to hurt their feelings by blowing them off. Sometimes you want a backup account to play on when you dodged queue a few times too many due to trolls.

I can go on. The point is that there are plenty of reasons to have a smurf that wouldn't impact other players negatively at all if not for the need to grind up to 30.

I would agree with this IF you had to link the account to your main. An example would be you'd have to have 1000+ games played on your main and you'd have to login with it to accept the account linking. So that way if you're toxic on your smurf both of your accounts get punished.

But it IS easy, just get five computers, have them five-man pre-made queue together against Co-Op on Intermediate, use AutoIT or something to keep your other four accounts from getting Leaver/AFK-Marked, proceed to wreck with your active account, spam and repeat. Easy...

Because maybe riot doesnt want you to smurf at all?

Smurfs are toxic to ranked play at all levels and so are unwanted.

Something about the topic stuck me as odd. So it is wrong for new players to get stomped pre 30, but is fine to stomp on silvers as a smurf? Do silver players not get frustrated against smurfs?

How to fix smurfing? This is how I would do it.

Change the account leveling system or get rid of it. There is no reason you shouldn't have access to everything at the start of the game. Account level really has no positive impact on this game.

Make a separate queue or better yet a game mode for beginners. Give them the option of playing there or they can jump onto the rift.

And then Riot just needs to make the game better at locating smurf accounts and getting them quickly to the mmr they should be at for marchmaking. The game should be able to do this easily just from post game stats.

And implementing a sandbox mode would probably also help. That's my opinion.

Now, why people smurf in ranked when they could just play normals is beyond me and imo is just a form of griefing. If you want to smurf play regs. Don't ruin ranked for people.
