I don't really have an opinion on the change, positive or negative. But just...why? It just seems a bit arbitrary to me. Can someone explain?

Seems like it, though to be honest, ive never found that to work regardless, as he either heals right after ult or spins away before his ult is halfway done when i can ignite him :/
