(Srsly tho maybe Rito should do a mini rework and make him go bot lane as an adc? Make his soldiers scale off AD since they're using spears to poke people)

He's the absolutely hardest champion in the game. What did you expect. Even ryze is at that winrate and isn't neay as hard. He just has combo's and his skill floor isn't a high one. He doesn't have a skill cap though. It's infinate.
