Poppy's Charge is still wonky

I've been playing Poppy for a while before taking her into Ranked, and after reaching her level 5 mastery, it's painfully obvious how unreliable Heroic Charge can be. While it was buffed in a hotfix and appended to the patch notes ( http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-524-notes ), which is welcomed. It has odd interactions with dashes; some dashes it seems to have no problem against like Zigg's Satchel because it is slow enough that Poppy can intercept him in his dash. But other dashes, like Lucian's Pursuit, potentially make Poppy miss her Charge entirely. I'm well aware dashes are supposed to be able to dodge Heroic Charge, but sometimes it just feels off, I don't know if this is intended.

The biggest problem I've encountered concerns the "carrying" part of the Charge. It seems that in certain instances, Poppy isn't carried with the enemy when charging, but rather, Poppy pushes the enemy away while staying at the point of collision, which makes it incredibly difficult to follow up with Hammer Shock. I'm not sure why it happens, I suspect it does when your target is moving in the direction of the charge. I don't think this should be happening; the description says that she should be carried with the target, which usually happens after her collision animation.

Here's an example: https://giant.gfycat.com/ImaginativeWarmheartedHartebeest.gif

Is this supposed to be normal?

Well, it's definitely not just you, I can tell you that much for sure. The hitboxes feel really off (like getting stunned when you didn't even collide and stuff like that) and it just feels weird to use now.

By the way, I like your videos, Gnarsies.

This is a super good point.

The E k/b range is very unkind to her Q range. It could use some tweaks perhaps.

IMO the worst offender is Azir. When that bird dashes to one of his soldiers and you intercept him mid dash with your Charge, you just stop. Nothing happens to Azir, happened several times in one game and it just stupid. IDK if he even got damaged from the charge or not.

I've been having great success with support Poppy actually, she has great base damage and a 45% CDR build is unbelievably potent. I haven't noticed anything different about her dash since the rework came through except I have seen some streamers get stunned by a poppy dashing into them from the other side of a narrow wall. I guess part of why I don't notice it is because I almost never go in for a charge unless I have my W active, which stops their dashes before it can become disjointed.

That awkward moment when Riot reworks something and it's more finicky, awkward, and bugged than before.

Riot has said that people can avoid Poppy's charge by dashing or blinking, just like they can avoid Fizz's Q and other targeted dashes like Yasuo.

Ive los about 4 or 5 games of poppy since her rework was released and ive played about 30, and the only time the heroic charge actually causes an issue is when they are running away and you don't go with them when you charge
