Teemo's win rate OVER 9000

If you take a look at league of graphs site, you will find out that Teemo's win rate in high elo(dia+) is 45%, which is, to be most honest with you, too high. He is on 120+ spot on a list of win rates, higher to lower. After 3 patches, that brought Teemo's win rate in high elo from 50% to 45% are not enough. We need at least 2 or 3 nerfs more to make Teemo completely unplayable, which nerfs are obviously there for. But, don't misunderstand me, Teemo's win rate in Bronze 5 is over 65%. And, since we all know that that elo is the primary source for win rates, I honestly trust Riot to nerf Teemo to be at around 50% in Bronze 5 elo. Of course, Teemo's win rate in high elo will drop to 30%, but thats actually high. Like, winning 1 in every 3 games is actually broken. PLEASE RITO, NERF TEEMO.
