Zoe nerf?

Zoe is one of the most annoying champs in the game, and things do not seem to change as the time progresses. A champ that got released with one of the most overpowered kits ever (old kassadin overpowered), received an enormous nerf, and is still OP imo. This type of champs should not exist in the game, and I mean champs that can poke 24/7, and not only that, but occasionally oneshot people even though they don't have any kills. Her w that basically stuns you for 2 seconds, meanwhile multiplying her damage done to you. Her e is another absurd ability that makes no sense whatsoever, not because it's broken or something, which it is, but because it's often rng based. I don't know what to say, but people that designed this champion have mental age not older than 8 years. I'm not sure nerfs will help with this champion, I think only a rework could, but a rework done by normal people, who do not release a champ that oneshots 2 champs at a time. I had to write this topic, I often play mid, and face this meme champion and after 7 months of facing her, I'm finally sick of it. Thank you for understanding!
