Got him to about 800 and he still had guarding angel, yet he killed me while I was healing on my fountain. He seemed to be barely taking damage AND I had grievous wounds from Mortal Reminder http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2545191803/205903152?tab=overview

Fountain healing isn't very big, especially since Draven's Spinning Axes give him A LOT of extra dmg, which results in bigger crits, as well as bigger heals due to his double lifesteal/sustain items, AND he is staggering 30% of your damage to him as a bleed over 3 seconds instead of instant burst. Plus, his GA gives him more durability vs your autos. Your Scimitar's MR doesn't help you in this 1v1.
