You're seriously matching plat with silver 5s now? If I knew my team was at the level where ADCs walk up to leona and give her a kiss without her needing to use her E I would've picked a carry support. Give me a break here.
I have some good news for you. Either you're really bad or those silvers are really good. Rank doesn't factor into matchmaking, only actual MMR.
that is the problem no way a silver 5 ranked player is as good as a plat player. rank would state that, but riot likes to have two different mmr systems one for normals and one for rank. and they dont think that your rank mmr should influence you normal game mmr. but the highest rank i have reached is s4 last season. and i no longer play rank at all but in my normal games i play i have been matched up against plats and diamonds on a regular basis. there is no way my skill level is as good as theres and I AM FINE ADMITTING THAT... but i shouldnt have to play vs them when i know in all reality i cant beat them. its frustrating. then my team flames and becomes toxic cuz i go 0-3 in lane vs a diamond ranked player.
i have personally emailed riot regarding this and got an actual response that basically told me that my normal game mmr and their normal game mmr are similar based on the amount of games i have won and that the rank of the player isnt calculated in normal game mmr.
i just feel riot has completely missed on this one
Your MMR is hurting, 28% win rate in the last 20 ranked. Also the silver and golds on your team are i believe trio queued.
