Can we have excess LP when going to a series be carried to the next tier?

Like when you are sitting on 90-99LP and it feels really bad to have to win a game to hit the series start for a fraction of the points you would usually get. Those points should be saved and carried to the next division so you aren't starting at 0LP. If you lose the series, add the points on as well.

So you're at 95LP and win a game worth 20LP. If you win your series, you start the next division at 15LP. If you lose the series and would be at 75LP, the points are still given from the excess amount and you'll be at 90LP.
