So in addition to my previous post. Here is a list of all the possible items/ keystones / effects that work with the new garen E.

blade of the ruined king titanic hydra ravenous hydra rage blade machete blood razor Tri-Force ice born gauntlet infinity edge phage lich bane (not sure why you would, but putting here for clarity sake ) black cleaver ( both passives ) tiamat wits end blood thirster deaths dance relic shield ( again, not sure why you would, but I don't judge ) sheen frozen mallet

I'm going to call it now and say there is a 0% chance the change will go through at least as-is.

Also, just to point it out, Phage, Cleaver, IE and Dance already work with his E.

You forgot Frozen Mallet and Deadman's Plate (which "works", even though that's actually a downside, not an advantage).

The most interesting thing about this change, is the effect of Both hydras on him. I am very interested to see how this would work.

wow i used to think garen was the underdog back in season 3. but they gave him a free warmogs as a passive after he reaches level 11 i think. then they give him true damage on all of his attacks and spells against a villain, then they give his e armor shred... I was wondering what more could they give him. ez clap, they gave him on hit effects. while they are at it, they should make him fully invisible against the villain and gains an automatic undying for 5 seconds against anyone who is not the villain
