But morde really needs 5MS and 5 Armor. His base stats are incredibly low, and its time to give him just a little love.
As someone that had a 55% winrate across 2000 games on morde last seasons I'm not even breaking 50% right now. There are very minimal runes for him, especially when compared to classes like adc's.

Increasing the W MS or Speeding up his Q Animation are things he needs that arent just bandaid stats
