Sion still bugged

This happens every single time I play Sion, his emotes (like laugh/taunt etc.) will apparently go mute early on the game, he still does the animations but there's no sound and i'm not sure if allies/enemy team can hear anything. The emotes work fine at the start of the game and once we're several minutes in they don't work. It could possibly be from using abilities but I don't know for sure, all I know is there isn't a Sion game where it doesn't happen.
