Ignite shouldn't trigger minion aggro

I was fighting this garen as riven and he went full meathead and tried turret diving me level 3 or 4, What I don't understand is why my ignite aggro-ed minions....I know the last 2 or 3 patches they said on-click skills get aggro like panth q or teemo q or etc.

Why do you think it should not draw minion aggro? Doing so is a clear sign for consistency in gameplay.

they mean all point and click stuff

it's a point & click (no skill) true dmg that reveals and reduces healing. Why shouldn't it?
