...but sure, take away J4's E armor passive, that'll help a lot. This is just nothing but going back on your words on patch 4.6.

It's not the first time a champ has gotten a nerf that put him out of top lane either, Alistar used to get an auto attack on people he headbutted away, so he was a lane bully, they took that out, and he was never seen top again.
