With the new buff he is getting to his R, I think he's in a good spot. He is a zone control mage that makes enemies have to work around him.

They are slightly upping the amount of health he gets from stacking each of his ults.

Sorry bad joke ....

his q is a delayed spell with an early indicator .. so you'll have a hard time to hit is in many cases his w is more or less melee range (like graves aa) and you are relative slow ... you have the "normal" juggernaut problem of beehing big and slow

I like to play him, but you have to find a way to play around his weaknesses.
