What do you guys think about the new Banner of command???

Banner of command new stats Magic resistance: 20 Health: 200 Ability power: 60 Cooldown: 10%

UNIQUE AURA Legion - Grants nearby allies +20 magic resist and +75% base health regeneration NEWUNIQUE ACTIVE Promote - Greatly increases the power of a lane minion and grants it immunity to magic damage (120 second cooldown) Cannon Minions: Damage: +100; Health + 600; Armor: +100; Magic resist:+100; Size: INCREASED Melee Minions: Damage: +50; Bonus attack speed +90%; Health: +600; Armor: +40; Magic resist: +40; Size: INCREASED Range Minions: Damage: +75; Bonus attack speed +30%; Health: +400; Armor: +40; Magic resist: +40; Size: INCREASED

It has the same passive as locket of iron solari but when it come to stats it has 200 less health and 60 ability power. Oh yea its 3000 gold compare to 2800 gold of locket of iron solari.

Also I feel this is important that I should put this here: So the Minion defensive stats have been adjusted: Minions no longer gain armor or magic resistance over time Cannon minions no longer have base armor All minion health gain over time has been increased to be roughly as durable as when they had resistances

So what I notice is that the bonuses that promote active give on minion is one melee and caster minion will have 140 armor throughout the whole game because they dont get resistance over time. Magic resistance doesnt matter because they are immune to magic damage (Riot really emphasize this). It says cannon minion will not get any base armour does that mean promote will allow cannon minion to have 0+ 100 = 100 armor. Lastly health will grow over time. Wanted to add minion kill gives gold to the user.

Who do you guys think will tend to buy this item? To me the way they made the stats I think they made it as a support item. But its a little to expensive to be a support item. Or it could be for a tanky jungle. What kind of situation would this item be useful in ? Do you guys think its going to be an ardent censar, where it gets hype in the beginning and then die out to become an item no one actually take? Also want to add out of the three minion (caster, meele and canon) which one do you think its best to promote?
