Sometimes I wish every champion was op

i think that's the mindset that DOTA 2 has. i don't play a lot of dota because it's harder to pick up than league but they're to do a lot of interesting stuff because they don't worry about being overpowered or not, and since everyone gets to be OP then it's all good

If every champion was OP, we'd still have our problems because some OP champions would stand out more than others.

If everyone is OP nobody is OP. It'd be balanced, that's for sure.

If everyone were OP, champs would snowball harder than ever and make it even harder to come back because of scaling. If you increase base damages instead, you would be seeing even more tank builds than ever and any diversity in builds would start to wither. That to me would be boring.

As soon as they introduce new mechanics in champs to the game, that changes who is OP and who isn't, because suddenly this group has no skills to deal with that champ effectively while another excels and that's where tier picks on websites come in. Balancing is a fine art, but sometimes they swing too hard with the Nerf bat when only a love tap was necessary.
