Mordekaiser Awesome Ability buffs AND buffs to Counterplay

We all know Mordekaiser doesn't see the most play, and that he isn't the most fun to play as or against since hes so vulnerable to ganks and he can be hard to counter if he gets ahead at all. Listen to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXWq3f01e2U while reading :) And so, these are some simple ability changes that would strengthen good Mordekaiser players, but still allow for counterplay: Iron Man no longer decays by 3% per second but decays by 1% each second and increases by 6% AFTER 5 seconds out of combat. Mordekaiser's enemies in the mid lane can simply just wait out his shield and health costs to poke him down, and its really too easy if they know how Mordekaiser works. Creeping death will no longer give initial armor and magic resist when used. But for every 30% of Mordekaiser's maximum shield he currently has while Creeping death is active, he gains a huge FLAT ms boost. (It would stack up three times) This obviously helps him, considering that Mordekaiser doesn't have an escape and CAN'T make one at all, meaning if he gets caught out hes dead. Plus, he needs to creep-across-the-land. Siphon of death is no longer point blank, but a projectile speed of 2000. (That's still very fast) And instead of summoning random maces above peoples heads: Mordekaiser sends out 9 bolts of death in a cone, they grow over the distance they travel. Each one deals 70/115/160/205/250 (+70% of ability power) magic damage to the FIRST enemy they hit. Enemies can only be damaged by one bolt. The main difference is that this ability can be countered by hiding behind minions, and its not instant. But the AP ratios went up by 10%, and the total range goes up 150 units, which is almost a fourth of the current range. Mace of Spades and Children don't receive any changes since they don't really have too many misfits for Mordekaiser or his enemies trying to counter him. Riot, please give Mordekaiser a VU and tweak his abilities, sometime soon. He has pizza feet and outdated abilities; There are champions who can fill his role much better like Vladimir, or Swain that deal magic damage and sustain off of it.
