QoL Zyra buff - Let her use E + Flash like Ahri PLS

I've been a Zyra main since I started playing, peaking at Diamond IV the last couple seasons.

Some of the main reasons why she's my favorite champion are her aesthetic, high impact in teamfights, and simply that I happen to find myself contributing to the match with her more than other champs I've tried so far.

I've been often suggested to stream on twitch, and when I think about it, I always end up picturing how she's not a champion like Rakan that can make frequent flashy - fun to watch plays. She's a non mobile champion with longer casts and slow / predictable projectiles. I know, that's why she's considered a counter - initiator. Basically, you need the enemy to be distracted with something else / engage your teammates before you cast your skills that would otherwise be pretty easy to dodge.

Obviously this is not "PLZ make this so I can stream and be COOL". I was just using that example as a desirable feature of champions, and reflect how all mains want to aspire to master their champion to execute potential high skill cap plays that you can't just make the first time you pick them.

This buff would raise the skill ceiling of Zyra a little bit, and allow for some VERY occasional nice plays (considering she needs to save flash to escape more often than not).
