Leveling up Question

So.... if I grind and get to level 50, will I be paired with level 50's or will I still get paired with level 30's? In ranked gameplay will it be this way - similar ranked equal level players... or whats the deal?

I don’t think levels have anything to do with matchmaking

How on Earth is Ranked going to be implemented, since none of us will be on the same Rank in terms of levels?
