Losing Streak Warning

Simple as the title sounds:

When a player goes on a tilted loss streak within the Ranked game mode on SS, after 3 games are lost in a row, a warning should appear suggesting the player step away from their keyboard. This would be only applicable to players who play nonstop (like myself while I am in between contracts) within a 3 hour period and prompt the player to walk away - go outside - hit the weights - just to refresh the player. Oh too often do I and other's get into streaks where I am so tilted that I need to simply walk away, but the addiction to gameplay keeps me locked in.

I think that would tilt the players even more. When the system realizes that you're on tilt and gives the player a notification, that might make them even more irritated. lol

I wouldn't say it's so much you as it is the "forced 50% WR" from Riot. Sure, if you're diamond or challenger level this isn't that much of a factor until you reach diamond/challenger level games if you're that good at the game, but for everyone else it truly is shitty and terrible.

Yea i walk away myself and go do something else, doesn't always end the loss streak though that's more of stupid matchmaking algorithm thing personally i go do something else and then come back and have fun with weird builds and off meta since i got to wait out the loss streak anyway might as well make the most of it.

But others might have more trouble with stepping away or dealing with it so i think this is a good solution.

It's very simple to implement i think and might help a lot of players and their team/opponents will have a better game without tilted players too which should reduce overall toxicity

And less toxicity is reason enough to implement this idea imo

I need this. Or that the game just suggest to play an Arurf instead.

that might only work for some people. some might get even tilted if they see the message. when I'm on losing streak which is right now. Most of the time I really want to throw stuff around, but it an only happen when I'm alone in the house. A 1 min rage might turn into half an hour of grumpy mood. Riot can try this out on beta client

I just go play an aram or two...

Gets put with two bots

"AHHHHHHHHHHAHAGGHDUIXZKOL!!!"

On a more serious note I don't honestly think it's necessary but I'm not opposed to it.

If YOU are at that level of tilt then YOU should have the discipline to walk away.

Now I'm gonna get back to playing my video games instead of studying for my test, good day!

I think a much funnier idea would be to display the alert to the player's teammates in the Champ select.

It would be somewhat weird a game screen saying "watch out! since you are in a winning streak we are trying to screw your ass to force you to lose".

It would look like if it wasnt fair, and we dont want that, isnt it?

Just use ur brain... 3 loose in a row... its not so hard to count

Gelmous3/5/2017, 10:00:56 PM1 votes

hey man just because you have anger issues it should be a thing to kick players after losing 3 games in a row

This reminds me of that Super Guide option they've been putting into recent Mario games. Basically if you don't complete the level in a certain amount of lives, the game poofs a Golden Block at the beginning which when hit, summons an AI to beat the level for you.

I fuckin' hate it... I get it game, I'm a worthless piece of shit. You don't need to tell me.
