I need help (another, bronze 5 rant)

I know this will get downvoted because others hate to see people do well, sorry I suppose, I am just looking for 'alternative ideas'.

I have tried and tried harder, I've carried 18/3 only to lose, I have read many different sources on tactics and gameplay whilst applying everything I know about LoL and others MOBA's to ranked SR gameplay, but I cannot leave bronze 4/5. I get to the point where I am so enraged I troll. I lose LP and try to balance my MMR to reclimb. I will then carry to a division higher, only to earn 11-13 LP and lose 23 LP and then get displaced back to bronze 5. I have spent too much money on this game to simply give in and give up on this account for another.

Some will say I feed, sure I do, its bronze 5. The players here believe they need to play death match to win, leave their lanes when their outer turret falls to group at mid during laning phase, players have no idea when to drag (most times the first one falls at minute 20, unless you demand otherwise), vision wards never appear on the map or they're placed at awkward time/ places. Players either have no idea what their builds do or know when to apply items like yoummu's - most often see people running around with this because they get faster burst speed - or even relic shield throughout most the match they waste the charges or don't know when to apply them after/ during a fight.

I am tired of reading - git good - you have to carry your way out - bronze 5 is easy - it most certainly is NOT. This is a team game and NA servers are filled with people so sensitive to you telling them what to do or how to be better you're either going to be reported for toxicity or banned - it's mind numbingly bad to play at this level. The idea a player should be 50/50 in their WR is a joke. Being paired with 3 people who have 0 lp in b5, one who has 50lp in b5 and fighting against a team with 3 b4 and 1 0lp and a 50lp while you're in b4 is a nightmare and an easy win for the other squad.

There should be a tutorial before players can get a chance to play ranked, one that recovers the basics and tries to erase the bad behaviors or the nonexistent ones players have picked up throughout their lower level plays. I also understand this game has a learning curve and takes too much time to become better, but I seriously cannot understand what I can do to get out of this rank. Today's one of those day's where I went and trolled because it is not entertaining to me to be placed in a match where it seemingly is impossible to have others play as a team that don't want to be on one or who think they're all carries and need to be leaders.

been in bronze 7 years

the issue with bronze is the large skill gap between players in bronze Morello even admitted years ago that its a issue

you can have bronze players who have a good understanding of the game and want to climb

and you have bronze players who have 0 understanding and are new to ranked / moba's

the issue is. they all mix and mingle in bronze

the problem with bronze as well is

new to ranks start at silver 5.

which means to get from bronze 1 to silver 5 you have to play with people who are either new to ranked, and lower rankings of bronze where the skill cap for them is enourmous..

honestly the only sure fire way to get out of bronze

is Blood Sweat and plenty of tears.

Question. How long have you been in B4, how often do you play, and what is your current win/loss ratio. These are relevant to what my answer will be.

I was in the same situation as you two years ago. I always had to carry my games, but just keep on practicing and you will get that, eventually, all that matters is if you killed the nexus, not what you did for it.

Just learn that after you win a teamfight, you have to aim for objectives and maintain a lead. Get things that can carry teamfights, or splitpush to death.

I have a few tips:

  • Improve your last hits, if you don't have 100 cs by 10 minutes you won't climb out of bronze
  • Recall when necessary, when is it necessary? When you are at half health.
  • Play viable champions, not weak mordekaiser, weak ashe, weak urgot and all the other champs that belong in the trash.
  • Don't play support, you can't climb out of bronze or silver with support no matter what people might say. It's just not possible with a terrible adc.
  • Ward, ward, ward. Early game, middle game, late game. 10% of your playtime time should be dedicated to warding.

Well these are all my tips. Also try your best not to die because it means 2 things. You grant the enemy 300 gold and experiences, plus you miss out on a lot of cs.

This is my own opinion but consider getting a boot of mobility. It has a +130 movement speed when you exit combat, making it great for escaping and returning to your lane to nab that cs.

Good support play is actually the easiest way out of bronze and silver
