When is Mordekaiser going to get pushed back into the Patch Cycle?

His creeping death does less damage and his ghosts scales worst for himself and the enslaved. He could at least get that massive 1.65 AD ratio taken off and have it converted into some AP compensation. Considering AD Morde and hybrid Morde were both sworn off in the 5.4 patch notes that's a lot of power budget for a design direction that is now obsolete. His cast times are also issues for someone who is already so easily kited. Something would be nice to ease the wait outside of that clunky creeping death interaction.

On the bright side Luden's echo was a nice item to come his way since he scales so poorly with AP. Lich bane + Luden offer some great extra base damage.
