WTF is wrong with low elo junglers (bronze-silver) and the top lane

Explain to me how can a player with 100k mastery points on yi (meaning he's been jungling yi for quite a while) doesn't gank enemy top laner Aatrox when he's literally sitting in my tower farming for more than 5 minutes but meanwhile my jungle YI is farming bot side monsters and decides to force gank bot lane and die...then spawn (meanwhile enemy Aatrox still farming super pushed to my tower) yi then decides to full clear top side monsters and when he finnaly decides to gank top enemy already backed and bought items so now he's ungankable.

Wtf is wrong with low elo junglers these days? I remember a few seasons back you could not even push halfh the lane without fear of jungler being there now junglers suck so much and in some matchups, you just can't win without a jungler ganking your lane, Aatrox for example is unkillable 1v1 unless you get a gank or enemy player is dumb and new to the champion.

They are low elo, it doesn't matter how many times they one champ it doesn't change the fact that their decision making isn't good at all.

If that was the case there wouldn't be that Ashe player with 10 million mastery points in bronze-silver elo.

They don't know the pathing for good jungle XP, so they spend time skipping the high XP camps and instead go for the camp path they always have..... which used to give them that fearful level 3 lead. Now, it only puts them at level 2, and they pretty much are forced to stay passive, because they wasted so much time.

IE...... the triple jungle XP nerfs are STILL affecting them, because no one's taught them a different path yet.

1st Gen Junglers) Red >Wolves > Blue > Gank 2nd Gen Junglers) Red > Scuttle > Blue > Gank 3rd Gen Junglers) Red > Scuttle > Raptors > Blue > Gank 4th Gen Junglers (Now) Red > Raptors > Blue > Scuttle > Gank

CORRECT Path: Red > Krugs > Raptors > Scuttle/Gank (Because the first three = level 3, and the Scuttle is optional, and just starts spawning right after the third camp now).

Anyone in the first 4 gens are doing it wrong, and it's costing their teams.

(Edit: This is almost ALWAYS TRUE. I generally can ALWAYS steal my opponent's Raptors, get 1-2 scuttles, and gank 2-3 lanes, because my pathing is more correct)

Depends on what matchups are on bot/mid and what jungler they have in some cases I would also not gank top lane even if he is inside your tower. But this yi probably just didnt know wtf he is doing in jungle at all.

Because Master Yi's ganks are bad.

He's a scaling farming jungler.
