Velkoz is probably worse than Malz atm. And by worse, I mean stronger/more annoying. The passive nerfed fucked him, imo.

You realize this section is for discussion about Gameplay Balance, right? If we aren't allowed to talk about the PBE, balance changes, or current OP/UP champions, what exactly do you think we're supposed to discuss? Everything left goes to the other forums.
