Is there any champs people rage in ranked about if picked like old days of eve?
Like picking 
and I mean excluding choosing the new champ in ranked.

If you get high enough elo people stop hating on troll picks most of the time. I think it's because people who pick troll things at that high of elo probably one trick it and are really good at it. So if I get a Yorick or Urgot on my team, I will only be upset if it fucks the team over compositionally.
If you pick the champion in the correct role(s), there aren't really any champs that people would get upset at you for picking outside of MAYBE Urgot. Now if you pick Jungle Teemo, or Support Caitlyn then people will get mad, but sensible stuff like jungle Alistar and mid Sona usually get through fine.
New champs
80% of the time when I pick Teemo someone has to open their mouth, ends up blaming me if we lose even if I objectively did 2x better than them. P.S. I go tankmo
Shaco pretty much tilts me when its picked on my team. I usually dodge when that happens.
